For all normal orders, you may wish to email your order form to me then sms to 9.487.4473 to track your order.

Kindly note that settlement of payment of the diaper cake has to be on the same day via bank transfer to avoid delay in the processing of a customer's order. This is to avoid miscommunication, disappointment and arise of displeasurement.

HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR YOUR DIAPERCAKE TO BE READY?

Dear Potential Customer

Please be informed that the turnover time for the cake to be ready is about 2-3 days.

For urgent orders made via phone (cut-off time: before 12 noon), the diapercake can be completed the next day at an additional surcharge of $25/-.

Self-Collection is strongly encouraged but we do also offer delivery service for weekday evenings and weekend afternoons.

NOTE: -
A fee of $15-20 will be imposed for your delivery to other parts of Singapore. For deliveries to Tampines & Simei Area - FOC.

General information for my dear customers: -

Kindly note that due to the customised nature of the hand-made diaper cake, D'hamperCakeBliss reserves the right to substitute or replace any of the contents or any part/design of the diaper cake. Please also understand that the finished and final diaper cake may vary slightly from the photos on the blog.

Upon receipt of your order via email, we will send back a confirmation order reply with the expected ready date for your diaper cake ordered.

Once the diaper cake is ready, an email will be sent to you including the photo of the finished gift item so that you will know the outlook of your choosen design before reaching the intended recipient.

However, you may still call me at 9.487 4473 to enquire on the status of your order.
